"If you can stand than you endure but you must be firm... strategy

If you decide to stay than you must respect 'datuk' because 'datuk' is much older than you... learn to shut my mouth

If you feel you have had enough than you do what need to be done... ask for transfer

If 'datuk' doesnt want you than why should you stay... by all mean have some else to fill in, I am more than happy

If 'datuk' has someone else than it is ok... oh yes, no hard feeling

After all no one can tarik balik what have been given to you... Alhamdulillah
